I received your text message inviting me to leave a review. However, I do not have a Google or Facebook account, so unfortunately, I cannot leave a review on those sites.
I do want to express my appreciation for your heat pump installers because they did an outstanding installation job. Kevin centered my air handler in my closet so I no longer have to remove my closet door to change the filter, which is what I had to do with my previous unit that was being replaced. He did an excellent job at streamlining the pipes and hoses that seemed to be everywhere with the old unit he replaced. It looks 100% better and seems to be working more efficiently.
Robert and Pat worked to get my heat pump through a path of thickets to my backyard and I am grateful to them for their efforts. They did an outstanding job at centering and leveling my new heat pump within my bed of ·river rocks. The way they centered my new heat pump will make it so much easier for your staff to work on it if the need ever arises. They took extra care to ensure hooking it all up was done correctly.
Your technicians cleaned up as they disassembled the old units so there were never any old parts laying around as they worked.
None of this would have happened if it wasn't for your comfort consultant Brad Wheeler. who initially came to my home and afforded me a considerable amount of time to discuss which unit would be best suited to meet my needs and answered all my questions. A week later when I decided to go with a heat pump model I was leaning towards, we discovered that it was too large to fit through my door. Brad came back to my house to help me figure out a way to get the product I wanted to the spot in my backyard. He even went the extra mile to provide me with a quote for a smaller heat pump as an alternative to help me with my decision. He then came back at my request to see if the path I cut from the road to my backyard was sufficient enough to get the heat pump through to my yard. Brad is a man who cares about his customers and is passionate about the product and the service your company provides. I was so impressed with his willingness to help me. That type of a quality in a person representing a company is very rare. So grateful to Brad for all of his efforts to help me.
I was so impressed by all of their professionalism and the respect they demonstrated toward me, my home and the environment.
Thank you for sending such a wonderful team of technicians to my home to advise and install a great product into my home.
